In mijn atelier in Mook werk ik intuïtief met acrylverf, klei, zand en mixed media. Elk schilderij begint zonder plan en groeit laag voor laag tot iets unieks.
Sometimes you feel a space is asking for something - something personal, something that reflects who you are. Then it's wonderful to explore together what can emerge. In my studio in Mook I work intuitively with acrylic paint, clay, sand and mixed media. Each painting begins without a plan and grows layer by layer into something unique.

Tilly gaat aan de slag in haar atelier. Laag na laag worden acrylverf, structuurpasta, klei en zand aangebracht. Je ontvangt tussentijds foto's zodat je het proces kunt volgen.
Tilly gets to work in her studio. Layer by layer, acrylic paint, texture paste, clay and sand are applied. You'll receive progress photos so you can follow the process.
Het vindt zijn plek
It finds its place
Na een aantal weken is je schilderij klaar. Je kunt het ophalen in mijn atelier in Mook, of ik breng het bij je langs. Een mooi moment - als het werk zijn plek vindt.
After a few weeks your painting is ready. You can pick it up at my studio in Mook, or I'll bring it to you. A beautiful moment - when the work finds its place.

What makes it special
Elk schilderij dat ik maak is anders. Ik werk zonder schets, zonder plan - puur op intuïtie. Laag voor laag groeit het werk met acrylverf, klei, zand en structuur. Dat maakt dat geen twee schilderijen ooit hetzelfde zijn.
Every painting I create is different. I work without a sketch, without a plan - purely on intuition. Layer by layer the work grows with acrylic paint, clay, sand and texture. That's what makes no two paintings ever the same.
Bij een opdracht neem ik jouw wensen mee - de sfeer, kleuren, het formaat dat past bij je ruimte. Maar het intuitieve proces blijft leidend. Dat is waar de magie zit, en wat het werk zijn ziel geeft.
With a commission I take your wishes into account - the mood, colours, the size that fits your space. But the intuitive process remains the guide. That's where the magic lies, and what gives the work its soul.

Ik werk met acrylverf op doek, aangevuld met structuurpasta, klei, zand, stenen en soms bladgoud. Elk materiaal voegt iets toe aan het verhaal van het werk.
I work with acrylic paint on canvas, complemented with texture paste, clay, sand, stones and sometimes gold leaf. Each material adds to the story of the work.
